Job summary

Mallorca-based entertainment and events production company in Palma is seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our technical operations team. This full-time role involves hands-on work and immediate impact coordinating shows and activities across the island.

No prior experience is required. You will assemble, handle, and store furniture and scenic elements, support loading and unloading, and maintain the warehouse. The contract is 6 months with renewal, and the gross salary is 18,000 EUR per year.

Qualifications

• ESO or equivalent compulsory secondary education.
• Strong motivation and physical readiness for manual handling.
• Vocational training (Formación Profesional) or courses in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management are a plus.
• Flexible to adapt to live entertainment industry schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, and handle event furniture and scenic elements.
• Maintain the condition, safety, and order of event equipment and furnishings.
• Provide active physical support during loading, unloading, and transfer of stage scenery and audiovisual gear.
• Manage the furniture warehouse and track storage inventories.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials in the warehouse.
