Centre Jardineria on the island of Mallorca is seeking a Gardening, Agricultural, and Forestry Worker in Magaluf (Calvià). This role supports daily logistics and plant maintenance at the garden center facility, with full-time hours and a 10-month contract starting May 4, 2026.

You will handle plant deliveries, water new plants, and assist with merchandise loading and site maintenance. Ideal candidates will have ESO or equivalent, strong Spanish (C2), and physical fitness for outdoor labor.

Formación

• ESO or completed basic secondary school diploma.
• High proficiency in Spanish (C2) for clear team communication.
• Physical strength for continuous manual work and outdoor tasks.
• Desirable: knowledge of plants, prior gardening/forestry experience, basic knowledge of English, phytosanitary license, B1 driving license, and own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload incoming merchandise and plant deliveries.
• Receive, place, and water new plants upon arrival.
• Load sales merchandise onto customer and delivery trucks.
• Perform core maintenance tasks including pruning, site cleaning, sorting and arranging products across the center.
