Centre Jardineria on the island of Mallorca is seeking a Gardening, Agricultural, and Forestry Worker in Magaluf (Calvià). This role supports daily logistics and plant maintenance at the garden center facility, with full-time hours and a 10-month contract starting May 4, 2026.

You will handle plant deliveries, water new plants, and assist with merchandise loading and site maintenance. Ideal candidates will have ESO or equivalent, strong Spanish (C2), and physical fitness for outdoor labor.

Responsabilidades

In this practical role, you will support daily logistics, handling, and plant maintenance operations at our garden center facility. In this position, you will perform a wide range of hands‑on physical tasks essential for keeping the garden center running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading incoming merchandise and plant deliveries.
• Receiving, placing, and systematically watering new plants upon arrival.
• Carefully loading sales merchandise onto customer and delivery trucks.
• Performing core maintenance tasks including plant pruning, site cleaning, sorting, and arranging products across the center.

To qualify for this position, you must meet basic educational requirements and possess physical fitness for outdoor labor. Specifically, you should have:

• Educational background: ESO or completed basic secondary school diploma.
• Language skills: High proficiency in Spanish (C2 level) for clear team communication.
• Physical strength required for continuous manual work, heavy lifting, and outdoor tasks.
• Additional valued assets: Knowledge of plants, prior experience in a similar gardening or forestry position, basic knowledge of English, a phytosanitary applicator license, a class B1 driving license, and your own vehicle.

Centre Jardineria provides transparent terms for your employment in Calvià:

• An annual gross salary of €17,615.
• A 10-month fixed‑discontinuous contract (fijo discontinuo) starting on May 4, 2026, which is renewable.
• Full‑time working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00.
• Optional rotating Saturday shifts from 8:30 to 13:30.
