Sonnenklar Energie seeks committed individuals to join our Contract Management and Customer Service department at our Llucmajor office on Mallorca. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring contracts and inquiries are handled professionally and accurately.

The role emphasizes German-speaking support with good Spanish, data management, and teamwork in a modern workplace. A permanent full-time contract and local onboarding support are offered.

Formación

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German with good Spanish language skills.
• Prior professional experience in customer support or administrative office roles.
• Enthusiasm for customer communication and a distinct service orientation.
• Structured, diligent, and dependable daily work approach.
• Confident and proficient handling of standard MS Office applications.
• High self-initiative and motivation to thrive in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Managing, organizing, and processing customer contracts.
• Providing competent and friendly customer support via phone and email.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Maintaining, updating, and documenting accurate customer data in internal systems.
