Job summary

FCR Immobilien AG on Mallorca seeks an experienced Accountant to manage ongoing financial administration, invoicing, and monthly closings. You will work closely with our German headquarters to ensure compliance with German accounting standards and DATEV processes.

The role is strictly on-site in Mallorca, with relocation to Llucmajor planned for January. Fluent German is required; Spanish is a plus. A stable, long-term career awaits in a German real estate group with regional autonomy.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training, with advanced training in financial accounting.
• Proven experience in accounting or financial bookkeeping.
• Proficient DATEV and solid knowledge of German accounting practices.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Fluent German; Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing financial accounting and process invoices.
• Audit and record day-to-day transactions and manage bank accounts.
• Perform reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial statements according to German GAAP.
• Coordinate with headquarters, tax consultants and external partners.
• Handle general commercial and administrative tasks at Mallorca office.
