This internship is designed for students or trainees who are eager to learn about hotel maintenance operations, technical asset management, and preventive maintenance systems within a luxury hospitality environment. The role combines administrative and technical responsibilities, offering a structured learning path that gradually increases hands‑on operational exposure. If you are curious, proactive, and open to learning — whether your background is engineering, technical studies, or another field — this is an excellent opportunity to gain real experience in hotel maintenance, systems management, and operational support at an international level. Responsibilities

Maintenance Systems & Technical Documentation

• Create and update technical equipment data sheets using provided technical details
• Enter, manage, and maintain asset information in the Transcendent Maintenance Management System (full training provided)
• Help structure and organize technical documentation for hotel equipment and installations
• Support inventory records, equipment classification, and maintenance history tracking

Administrative Support

• Assist the Maintenance department with administrative and reporting tasks
• Support preventive maintenance planning through system data updates
• Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking, analysis, and documentation
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of technical records and data

Operational Maintenance Exposure

• Support the team in basic operational maintenance tasks under supervision
• Assist with inspections, follow‑ups, and coordination of maintenance activities
• Learn hotel maintenance standards, safety procedures, and workflows
• Gradually increase hands‑on operational involvement once the technical documentation project is completed

Cross‑Department Collaboration

• Work across the Maintenance department in a mixed and polyvalent role
• Support coordination with Operations, Housekeeping, and external suppliers when required
• Participate in continuous improvement and learning initiatives within Engineering

Who You Are

• Student or trainee from any course of studies, as long as you are open to learning and developing technical and operational skills
• Particularly suitable for students of Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Technical Degrees, or Vocational Training (Grado Superior)
• Able to sign an internship agreement
• Fluent in Spanish with an intermediate level of English
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Organized, adaptable, proactive, and detail‑oriented
• Interested in maintenance operations, technical systems, and hotel facilities
• Eligible for internships in Spain / EU
