Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage on the Client Focus path within the Operations Practice Area. You will work in a growing global team, embedding directly with case teams to deliver client impact through your Maintenance expertise and BCG Vantage's institutionalized assets - including proprietary tools, data, frameworks, and IP.

Given the client-facing nature of this role, you will be expected to travel to client locations during staffing assignments as needed,

Formación

• 3+ years of consulting experience in Maintenance, Operations, or related field or 4+ years industry experience in maintenance/asset management
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred (Engineering or related field)
• Fluency in English; Spanish language preferred

Responsabilidades

• Deliver hands-on client impact through case staffing, often onsite, solving maintenance-related challenges
• Build and codify maintenance knowledge assets, frameworks, and IP
• Support the maintenance topic's go-to-market approach and mentor junior colleagues
