Motus People busca un Técnico de Mantenimiento Senior para gestionar maquinaria avanzada, diagnóstico y mejoras en entornos de automatización. El rol exige movilidad a los Países Bajos y desempeño en mantenimiento preventivo para garantizar uptime.

Se ofrece salario base competitivo de 3.200–4.000 € brutos mensuales, con asignación por turnos y un paquete de reubicación completo, que incluye vivienda, registro, seguro y asesoría fiscal.

Formación

• Más de 5 años de experiencia práctica en maquinaria/automatización.
• Formación técnica en mecatrónica, mecánica, ingeniería eléctrica o similar.
• Habilidades para diagnóstico y reparación en campo y en plantas.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar pruebas, diagnóstico y mantenimiento correctivo de maquinaria compleja.
• Diagnosticar averías mecánicas y elétricas y resolver on-site.
• Mantener disponibilidad de producción mediante mantenimiento preventivo y mejoras.

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the problem-solver in the field, ensuring that highly complex machines operate reliably at all times. As an all-round Maintenance Technician, you will be at the heart of maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing advanced automation equipment and machinery. Beyond fixing problems, you’ll be contributing to long-term reliability by implementing preventive maintenance and advising customers on performance improvements.

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and repair of complex machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical-related breakdowns and resolve them on-site.
• Play a key role in ensuring production uptime at all times, focusing on preventive maintenance and quality improvements.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with servicing machinery, automation systems, or industrial equipment.
• A completed technical education in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is a strong plus.
• Communication skills in English.

A competitive salary between EUR 3.200-4.000 base salary depending on experience, plus shift allowance when working in shifts.
