Job summary

Ryanair is seeking a Tech Services Engineer to join the Maintenance Programs Engineer team in Madrid. The role is desk-based in the Engineering Office, reporting to the Maintenance Programs Manager.

The candidate will review MPD/MRB, ensure program accuracy, and optimize maintenance planning for safety and reliability. Relevant EASA licences or engineering degrees are required, with at least 1 year in Technical Services/CAMO or Engine MRO.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or EASA Part 66 license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Services / CAMO or Engine MRO.
• Understanding of EASA Part M, Part CAMO and Part 145 regulations.
• Knowledge of Boeing 737 systems and/or Airbus 320 experience is advantageous.
• MSG-3 and Maintenance Program optimization knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review MPD and MRB to ensure accurate implementation into Ryanair's Group Maintenance Program for B737NG/8200/A320/CL 3500 fleets.
• Ensure maintenance program is optimised for safety, dispatch reliability, and to mitigate operational impact of defects.
• Work with CAME and company procedures; review heavy maintenance findings and solutions.
• Prepare reports supporting Maintenance Programs optimization and provide input to industry committees.
• Possibly perform additional duties as delegated by the Maintenance Program Manager.
