Zelestra is seeking a Maintenance & Reporting Planner to support the O&M team in Seville and Madrid. You will develop anticipated and condition-based maintenance strategies, track deviations, and drive digitization of analysis processes to enable data-driven decisions.

The role focuses on planning, resource coordination, and reporting improvements to maximize equipment availability while reducing downtime and costs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with FRACTTAL CMMS (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, asset management, and lifecycle management.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and CMMS platforms.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Python is advantageous.
• 2+ years in maintenance planning/scheduling or similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance in the CMMS.
• Maintain up-to-date catalogs of locations, equipment, spare parts and resources.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and parts.
• Analyze plant KPIs and maintenance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Generate internal and external maintenance reports and monitor incidents.
