Are you looking for a steady role in holiday rental upkeep on Mallorca? A holiday accommodation company in Pollença is hiring a full‑time Maintenance Operative to keep vacation properties in excellent working order. In this role, you will be responsible for the general maintenance and day‑to‑day care of holiday homes throughout the area, resolving routine issues and ensuring guests enjoy flawless facilities.

Your core tasks will cover hands‑on property upkeep:

• Performing garden care and general property tidying
• Carrying out basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Managing swimming pool cleaning and maintenance
• Handling minor masonry and surface repairs
• Resolving everyday technical incidents quickly to ensure all installations function smoothly

What you need to bring to the role:

• Primary education certificate (certificat d'estudis primaris)
• A valid driving licence (Category B)
• Basic practical knowledge across general maintenance, plumbing, electrical tasks, and pool care
• A responsible attitude with genuine initiative and eagerness to learn
• Prior experience in property maintenance and knowledge of English are valued assets

What is offered:

• A permanent contract (contrato indefinido) starting on 16/11/2026
• Full-time schedule working Wednesday to Sunday from 8:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 (Mondays and Tuesdays off)
• Gross annual salary of 22,591.54 EUR, with extra payments included
