Job summary

Empresa manteniment edificis in Mallorca is seeking a dedicated Caretaker and Maintenance Technician (Oficial 1ª) for an established residential community in Santa Ponça, Calvià. You will oversee daily site operations, perform repairs, and coordinate with contractors while communicating with owners and residents.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of facility maintenance experience, holds a B driving licence, and speaks Spanish at B2 level plus German or English at B2 level for smooth

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of documented work experience in facility maintenance, technical building services, or caretaker duties.
• A valid class B driving licence (B1).
• Fluent language skills in Spanish (level B2) along with fluent German (level B2) or fluent English to communicate with property owners.
• Strong practical problem-solving abilities, reliability, and an organized approach to coordinating on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out technical repairs, preventative inspections, and ongoing general maintenance across the residential community.
• Supervising on-site service staff and monitoring daily operations throughout the premises.
• Coordinating external contractors, technical specialists, and maintenance assignments to guarantee smooth execution.
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with property owners and residents regarding community updates and repairs.
