Job summary

HOMESERVICE ANNA S.L.U. in Mallorca is seeking a dedicated Property Caretaker to manage exclusive private estates across the southwest of the island.

You will work in Santa Ponsa (Son Bugadelles) in a high-end, discreet environment, handling inspections, maintenance, and security tasks with independence and pride. The role requires German language skills, a Class B driving license, NIE, and resident status in Mallorca.

Qualifications

• Proven craftsmanship skills and practical technical understanding.
• Good computer skills for documentation and communication.
• High degree of reliability, discretion, and personal responsibility.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to work in organized shifts, 365 days a year.
• Valid Class B driving license.
• Current residence in Mallorca and a valid NIE.
• Strong German language skills (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of Spanish.
• Residence within ~30 minutes travel time to Santa Ponsa (Son Bugadelles).

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior inspections of exclusive residential properties.
• Check, air, and ventilate all rooms and living spaces.
• Perform minor technical repairs and ongoing property maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and check windows, doors, gates, and all access points.
• Perform security checks and respond promptly to alarm alerts.
• Diligently document findings and prepare status reports.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough regular interior and exterior inspections of exclusive residential properties
• Checking, airing, and ventilating all rooms and living spaces properly
• Performing minor technical repairs and ongoing property maintenance tasks
• Monitoring and checking windows, doors, gates, and all access points
• Performing security checks, routine visual inspections, and responding promptly to alarm alerts
• Diligently documenting findings and preparing accurate status reports

• A residence within approximately 30 minutes travel time to Santa Ponsa (Son Bugadelles) to ensure prompt availability for safety-related tasks
