Formación

To ensure our technical workflows remain seamless and compliant, we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Maintenance Operations & Control Technician (Técnico/a de Gestión Operativa y Control de Mantenimiento) to join our team in Marbella, Spain.

In this key technical support role, you will hold responsibility for managing daily maintenance workflows, auditing task completion, and maintaining strict platform compliance. Specifically, you will review preventive maintenance reports, manage digital workflows inside Protecnus, and verify technical documentation across client portals. By doing so, you will ensure high efficiency, eliminate delays, and support regional service managers.

Job Description: Maintenance Operations & Control Technician

Your Mission: Technical Process Auditing & Platform Control

Your primary goal involves driving technical operational success across our maintenance division. To achieve this, you will audit maintenance reports and monitor system workflows. At the same time, you will keep digital documentation pristine across client portals. Therefore, you will track task execution times, review preventive maintenance data, and manage site access approvals. As a result, you will eliminate operational delays and protect our group’s reputation for maintenance excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Report Review & Audit: Review preventive maintenance operations and technical reports to verify accuracy and completion.
• Platform Management (Protecnus): Ensure correct information flow inside the Protecnus platform, updating system entries and tracking task execution.
• Document Compliance: Guarantee full compliance with documentation requirements across client platforms and site access systems.
• Time & Performance Auditing: Audit task execution times for regional delegates inside Protecnus to identify bottlenecks and eliminate delays.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams and regional delegates to streamline maintenance workflows.

Who You Are: The Methodical Technical Control Specialist

• Educational Background: You hold a Vocational Degree (FP I or FP II) in Systems Administration, Electricity, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
• Technical Skills: You demonstrate proficiency in managing maintenance control software (e.g., Protecnus) and administrative data platforms.
• Core Competencies: You exhibit strong attention to detail, analytical skills, process discipline, and a proactive approach to workflow management.
