The Social Hub is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a small but capable team, overseeing the technical heartbeat of our property—from guest rooms to rooftop spaces. You’ll partner with external contractors, keep spaces welcoming, safe and running smoothly, and drive energy-efficient habits across the hub.

You’ll work closely with the local team, shaping smart maintenance habits for a future-proof operation while maintaining high standards of service and compliance in a dynamic hospitality

Formación

• 3–5 years in maintenance management, hospitality preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Hands-on leadership, contractor coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Spanish language ability; English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and guide the maintenance team while coordinating external contractors.
• Respond quickly to technical issues across guest spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Plan and manage daily maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and safety systems.
• Log work orders in Salesforce and track progress.
• Monitor budgets, review invoices, and keep maintenance records up to date.
• Record monthly utility consumption and support energy-efficient practices.
• Coordinate with Regional Property Manager on safety, fire protection and compliance tasks.

What You'll Do

• Lead and guide the maintenance team while keeping close contact with external contractors.
• Jump in as the first responder when anything technical pops up in the hub.
• Manage and plan all daily maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators and more.
• Track, log and follow up on work orders using Salesforce.
• Monitor budgets, check invoices and keep clear maintenance records.
• Register monthly utility consumption and support energy-efficient habits.
• Keep safety, fire protection and compliance tasks up to date in collaboration with the Regional Property Manager.

Requisitos

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems.
• Leadership & Mindset: Hands-on mindset and staying calm when things get messy. Bring confidence in coordinating contractors and guiding a team. Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Language: Ability to speak Spanish.
• Valued Requirements
• Additional Languages: English is a plus.
