Roc360 seeks an Real Estate Counsel in the Madrid area to join a growing real estate closing team. You will manage a high-volume pipeline of closings, from loan submission to funding, reviewing title, entity documents, HUDs and settlement statements to ensure compliance with investor guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a legal/real estate background, 2+ years closing real estate experience, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a legal role focused on closing real estate.
• In-person Madrid candidates only.
• University degree or higher.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management, organizational and execution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handling loan files from inception to funding.
• Coordinating the closing and interacting with all related parties.
• Reviewing tech-generated loan documents for accuracy.
• Reviewing title reports and negotiating endorsements to ensure compliance with investor guidelines.
• Reviewing entity documents for validity and compliance with investor guidelines.
• Reviewing HUDs and settlement statements for accuracy.
• Collaborating with the internal quality control team in processing files.
• Coordinating with the wires team to fund all files.
• Collaborating with closing and credit teams to meet investor guidelines and ensure efficient process and great customer experience.
