Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Madrid offers a structured Professional Practice Programme for recent graduates. The contract runs 6 to 12 months and provides hands-on exposure to Investment Banking and Capital Markets activities, alongside experienced bankers.

You will work on origination, execution, valuations, presentations, and market research in a demanding, international environment, with fluency in English and Spanish and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong quantitative, numerical and analytical skills.
• Communicate effectively in a demanding, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of M&A, ECM and LDCM transactions.
• Assist with company valuations, financial modelling and other quantitative and strategic work.
• Prepare client presentations, transaction materials and sector updates for pitches and live mandates.
• Research banks, insurers, asset managers and other financial institutions to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Support due diligence, buyer and target screening, and process coordination.
