Bunge is seeking an Analyst Supply Chain Domestic Market (Temporary Contract) based in Madrid to coordinate deliveries and receipt of raw materials for Spanish assets and customers.

You will work with Production Scheduling, build weekly inventory and supply plans, manage inbound material storage for tanks, barges, or rail, and collaborate with QA and logistics teams to ensure timely, cost-efficient operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management.
• Demonstrated understanding of supply chain and operational processes, including demand planning, production planning, forecasting, truck and rail logistics, and supply chain optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and SAP BW.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and departments.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, efficient, and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate truck shipments to ensure uninterrupted inventory levels at the plants.
• Develop and provide detailed weekly inventory and supply plans to the Operations team.
• Manage inventory allocation and storage plans for inbound materials.
• Create and execute deployment plans for transportation of raw materials with third-party providers.
• Record inbound deliveries in Excel, Access inventory models, and SAP.
• Code, process, and prepare documentation for invoice approval and payment.
• Reroute shipments as required to meet demand while minimizing transportation costs.
• Verify the accuracy of physical inventories and conduct month-end reconciliations.
• Monitor third-party handling and QA providers' performance.
• Coordinate with QA regarding sample shipments.
• Communicate fulfillment status and risks to Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service.
