Openbank, the digital bank of Santander, is seeking an SEO & GEO Optimization Project Manager in Madrid to lead the organic growth strategy across a major CMS migration from Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

You will own technical SEO, GEO/LLM optimization, content strategy, and enterprise project management, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Content, UX, Analytics and Marketing to maximise visibility and AI-driven discovery.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Technical SEO, Organic Growth or Digital Acquisition.
• Proven experience leading enterprise SEO programs and CMS migrations (AEM preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and fluency in English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the overall SEO, GEO and LLM optimization strategy.
• Lead the SEO workstream of the CMS migration from Drupal to AEM.
• Develop strategies to optimise AI-driven search and content discoverability.
• Own technical SEO across digital properties, including Core Web Vitals and structured data.
• Define KPIs, monitor rankings and report performance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Content, UX, Marketing and external agencies.
