OneTrust is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to design, build, and operate core identity security capabilities across the enterprise. You will lead IGA architecture and engineering, PAM controls, and secrets management, partnering with Security, IT, and Engineering teams to deliver secure identity services.

You will implement lifecycle management, automate provisioning, and develop integrations with HR sources and directories using industry standards.

Formación

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or a related subject.
• 5+ years of IAM experience.
• 3+ years of PAM and/or Secrets Management experience.
• 3+ years of cloud experience (e.g., Azure, AWS, G-Suite).

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement IGA capabilities including identity lifecycle, access workflows, approvals, provisioning/deprovisioning automation, certifications, and role/entitlement governance.
• Design and maintain the ILM framework across the environment.
• Build and enhance IAM integrations using SCIM, SAML/OIDC, APIs and automation patterns.
• Engineer and mature PAM controls and operating processes for privileged identities and activities.
• Implement and manage secrets management capabilities for human and non-human identities.
• Develop automation using scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash) with CI/CD-friendly workflows and IaC patterns (Terraform).
• Respond to IAM operational tickets/requests and assist in incident investigation and remediation.
• Mentor peers and document technical standards supporting audits and readiness.
