A renewable energy company is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to develop and oversee its health and safety management system in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the renewable energy sector, and must possess strong leadership and communication skills in both English and Spanish. The role involves ensuring compliance with HSE standards and improving safety culture across projects.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive HSE experience, with at least 3 years in renewable energy.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing HSE management systems.
• Expert-level skills in conducting HSE audits.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive HSE culture.
• Implement and improve the corporate HSE management system.
• Track HSE KPIs for the entire portfolio.
• Prepare HSE performance reports for senior management.
• Lead audits and inspections of contractors.
• Investigate significant HSE incidents and implement corrective actions.
