FTI Consulting, based in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Senior Finance Manager to support the Southern Europe region (Spain, Portugal, Italy). This role focuses on US GAAP and local GAAP compliance, and coordination of a multi-jurisdictional finance function.

You will lead month-end close, statutory filings, audits, and SOX controls, partnering with local leadership and the EMEA Finance team to deliver accurate financial statements and high-quality decision support.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration with focus on accounting, controlling or finance, or equivalent.
• Experience in accounting, finance or controllership in an international organisation.
• Strong core finance and accounting skills, with working knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP in Spain, Portugal and Italy.
• Experience in a professional services environment/consulting firm (preferred).
• Experience coordinating and coaching finance professionals across multiple jurisdictions.

Aufgaben

• Ensure proper accounting under US GAAP and local GAAP across Southern Europe.
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, month-end close and financial analysis.
• Coordinate SOX controls and liaise with internal audit for compliance.
• Support statutory filings, audits and local tax returns for Spain, Portugal and Italy.
• Provide financial reports and insights to country leadership and regional teams.
