AstraZeneca is seeking a Transforming Care Lead Oncology from Madrid to set the national vision for transforming oncology pathways. You will translate strategy into scalable models that accelerate early detection, deliver precision treatments, and expand equitable access across Spain.

You will align with medical, policy, data, and operational stakeholders to drive measurable system improvements and ensure guideline-concordant care.

Formación

10–15 years in transformation with systemlevel delivery and largescale implementation.
Languages: Spanish, English Fluent.
Healthcare and/or Oncology experience across clinical practice, scientific knowledge, precision diagnostics, and pathway optimization.
Market Access experience/knowledge and exposure to public/government affairs.
Experience with digital health, data interoperability, and AI enabled operating models in care pathway transformation.

Responsabilidades

Vision and Portfolio: Define a multiyear Transforming Care agenda and national priorities aligned to company objectives and Spain’s healthcare goals, including patient identification, guideline-concordant care, precision diagnostics, and pathway optimization; optimize resourcing to maximize impact.
