Job summary

Vidoomy Media SL in Madrid is seeking a proactive Junior Account Manager to identify and prospect publishers, with a focus on the Chinese market, and to support daily client communication and deal closing. You will build strong relationships with publishers to maximize engagement and performance.

The role requires fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset. Join a dynamic, growing team in a fast-paced ad tech environment in Madrid.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and professional fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level), both spoken and written (this will be evaluated during the interview process).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail when working with data and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, eager to learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Eager to become part of a globally successful and constantly growing project.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new publishers in the Chinese market to expand our network.
• Reach out to potential partners through different channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals with new publisher accounts.
• Support in daily client communication and basic issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers to maximize their engagement and performance.
• Conduct detailed report analysis to support client performance and detect growth opportunities.
• Research the Chinese market to stay on top of trends, competitors, and potential leads.
