Novocure seeks an HEOR Manager, Spain, based in Madrid or hybrid. You will lead market access, pricing, reimbursement, and HTA strategies across its oncology portfolio in Spain, translating evidence into strong value propositions and adapting global models to local data.

You will partner with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Finance, and external agencies to shape access strategies and support patient access. The role requires a strong HEOR background and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Market Access with HEOR exposure.
• Experience developing, adapting, or managing health economic models and value dossiers for reimbursement/HTA.
• Understanding of health economics methodologies including cost-effectiveness analyses and Markov models.
• Experience supporting reimbursement submissions, payer interactions, and market access strategies in pharma/healthcare.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, capable of delivering high-quality analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of market access, pricing, reimbursement, and HTA strategies for Spain.
• Translate clinical/economic evidence into compelling value propositions and payer narratives.
• Localize global economic models with country data to support reimbursement decisions.
• Serve as HEOR expert for Spain in interactions with authorities and decision-makers.
• Prepare, adapt, and maintain value dossiers and reimbursement submissions.
• Build budget impact analyses and economic models for communication to stakeholders.
• Monitor HTA requirements and payer landscape, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Global Value & Access teams.
