Nextpower in Madrid is seeking a Logistics Specialist with 2–5+ years of experience to lead day-to-day supplier booking activities for European solar projects. You will plan, coordinate, and manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring alignment with project schedules, compliance, and operational priorities.

You will work with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure booking readiness, timely pickups, accurate documents, and proactive risk

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2–5+ years in logistics coordination or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and shipping documentation.
• Experience with multimodal shipments and supplier coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day supplier booking activities and manage end-to-end shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and brokers to meet schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms 2020 and correct documentation.
• Provide regular status updates to project managers and regional teams.
• Maintain TMS/ERP data and drive process improvements.
