📌 About the role

At Capitole Consulting, we continue expanding our Data & AI practice and are looking for passionate professionals who want to work on real-world AI projects with impact.

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) with 3–5 years of experience to support the development and productionization of advanced AI models — from research to scalable, production-ready solutions.

Hybrid mode : 2 days a week at the office ( BARCELONA)

What you’ll do

• 🔹Design, develop, and train AI and machine learning models (NLP, GenAI, predictive analytics).
• 🔹Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured Python code.
• 🔹Collaborate closely with MLEs to deploy and scale models in production environments.
• 🔹Work with large datasets using Databricks, Pandas, and modern ML frameworks.
• 🔹Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI development lifecycle and MLOps practices.

What we value
