CAE Defence & Security – Indo-Pacific seeks a seasoned M&E Systems Manager to lead a team of airworthiness engineers and deliver software solutions across airline maintenance platforms such as AMOS and TRAX.

You will oversee configuration, data migration, and system optimization while engaging airline customers to develop practical, compliant solutions that improve efficiency and performance.

Formación

• 10+ years in senior technical roles within Airline Technical Services, CAMO, or Maintenance Organizations.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft and related regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with M&E systems, data migration, and system integration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of airworthiness engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Manage resource planning, workload, and recruitment within the team.
• Coordinate with Fleet Technical Management on phase‑in/phase‑out projects.
• Review aircraft transfer documentation and maintenance records for accuracy.
• Oversee data migration and validation in maintenance systems.
• Assess MPD, MRBR, ADs and SBs for compliance.
• Lead complex projects with on‑time, on‑budget delivery and KPIs.
• Support business growth with technical proposals and defined scopes.
• Develop internal procedures and best practices and promote standardization.
• Build relationships with airline customers, OEMs and other stakeholders.
