CAE Parc Airline Technical Support Services is seeking a seasoned M&E Systems Manager to lead a team of airworthiness engineers and drive software solutions across AMOS, TRAX and other M&E platforms. • Liaise with Fleet Technical Management team and airline clients to manage aircraft phase-in, phase-out and transition projects.
• Oversee the review of technical documentation related to aircraft transfers, including maintenance records and configuration documents.
• Ensure aircraft data migration and validation activities within maintenance management systems are completed in accordance with project and regulatory requirements.
• Assess MPD, MRBR, ADs and SBs to ensure aircraft compliance with applicable airworthiness and maintenance requirements.
• Lead complex technical projects and ensure delivery against timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Support commercial activities by identifying opportunities, preparing technical proposals, defining scopes of work and supporting contract negotiations.
• Support the development and enhancement of M&E systems services, identifying opportunities to improve customer solutions and service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airline clients, OEMs, lessors and other industry stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardization activities and the development of internal procedures and best practices.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and reporting metrics, implementing corrective actions where required.

CAE Parc Airline Technical Support Services provides comprehensive technical management support and solutions for airlines worldwide. As the M&E Systems Manager, you will lead a team of airworthiness engineers, delivering software solutions across airline maintenance and engineering platforms such as AMOS, TRAX and other M&E systems. The role involves overseeing configuration, data migration and system optimization projects, ensuring solutions are tailored to each client's operational requirements. You will work closely with airline customers to develop practical and innovative solutions that improve efficiency, compliance and system performance. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions, supporting business growth and ensuring projects are executed in accordance with applicable requirements. The role combines technical leadership, people management, client engagement, and business development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Airworthiness engineers, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth.
• Manage resource planning, workload allocation and recruitment activities within the team.
• Liaise with the Fleet Technical Management team and airline clients to manage aircraft phase-in, phase-out and transition projects.
• Oversee the review of technical documentation related to aircraft transfers, including maintenance records, flight logs and aircraft configuration documents.
• Ensure aircraft data migration and validation activities within maintenance management systems are completed in accordance with project and regulatory requirements.
• Assess MPD, MRBR, ADs and SBs to ensure aircraft compliance with applicable airworthiness and maintenance requirements.
• Lead complex technical projects and ensure delivery against agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Support commercial activities by identifying opportunities, preparing technical proposals, defining scopes of work and supporting contract negotiations.
• Support the development and enhancement of M&E systems services, identifying opportunities to improve customer solutions and service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airline clients, OEMs, lessors and other industry stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardization activities and the development of internal procedures and best practices.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and reporting metrics, implementing corrective actions where required.

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior technical roles within Airline Technical Services, CAMO, or Maintenance Organizations. Previous experience managing technical teams and leading multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft.
• Extensive knowledge of Regulations (EC) No. 2018/1139, (EU) No. 748/2012, (EU) No. 1321/2014, (EU) No. 965/2012 and related requirements.
• Strong understanding of aircraft transitions and airworthiness management activities.
• Expert knowledge of airline Maintenance & Engineering systems, including AMOS, TRAX and other leading industry platforms, with proven experience delivering complex configuration, data migration, integration and transformation projects.
• Ability to develop business opportunities and support commercial growth initiatives.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate data and KPI-driven results.
• Proven ability to simplify complex processes, create procedures and drive organizational improvements.
• Strong project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Airbus and Boeing General Familiarization Courses.
• Experience working with multiple M&E Systems.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and experience supporting proposal development and customer engagement activities.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify, evaluate and implement innovative technology solutions that address customer requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives within airline Maintenance & Engineering environments, including system modernization, process optimization and data-driven decision making.
• Experience supporting or leading system integrations, data migration projects and the implementation of digital solutions across complex operational environments.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends within aviation digitalization, including automation, AI-enabled solutions and connected maintenance environments.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel when required.
