PwC Spain is seeking a Manager to join the SPA Financial Advisor Team in Madrid. The SPA team supports end-to-end deal processes from pricing to post-closing review, with opportunities for international secondments.

The role requires 3–4 years in financial due diligence or audit, and strong Excel, Power BI and Alteryx skills, plus fluent English and Spanish. Working in PwC’s Deals solutions, you will play a key advisory part.

Formación

• Required degree in Business, Economics or Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; day-to-day work mainly in English.
• 3–4 years of experience in financial due diligence or audit.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Alteryx.
• Strong analytical and commercial awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in financial due diligence and analysis for SPA deals.
• Support preparation of completion accounts and price negotiations.
• Contribute to post-deal review and ongoing client advisory.
