This role offers direct exposure to clients and partners from day one, alongside a clear growth path towards an Associate position. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and be fluent in Spanish and professional-level English. The position allows for hybrid work with 1–2 days remote per week.

Your Role : M&A Analyst (Barcelona)

We are looking for a driven and analytically strong M&A Analyst to join our Barcelona office. You will support the execution of active buy-side and sell-side mandates, prepare analytical materials, contribute to pitches, and collaborate closely with partners, associates, and international colleagues.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn fast, take early responsibility, and grow into a high-performing M&A professional.

Key Responsibilities (M&A / Corporate Finance)

• Support the execution of M&A transactions (teasers, IMs, presentations, pitchbooks)
• Prepare business, sector, and valuation materials
• Perform financial, company, and market analysis
• Conduct industry and competitor research
• Support target and investor screening on buy-side and sell-side projects
• Contribute to pitch decks and proposals for new mandates
• Participate in client and investor meetings with senior team members
• Coordinate with international partners within M&A Worldwide

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or (secondarily) transaction services
• Prior exposure to live M&A processes is a strong plus
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Native / professional-level Spanish and professional-level English
• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership
• Ability to perform in a lean, senior-led environment

Exceptional recent graduates with strong M&A internship experience may be considered.
