10x.team seeks a senior M&A consultant to review and enhance AI-generated M&A content. You will apply real-world deal experience to ensure realism, sound logic, and actionable value across deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration contexts.

Based in the EU or UK, you will work 8–20 hours per week, remotely, alongside other consulting projects. The role focuses on refining AI outputs and creating practical scenarios for training AI systems in M&A expertise.

Formación

• Several years of hands-on M&A experience including deal execution, structuring, negotiation or integration.
• Based in the EU or UK and eligible to work there.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability.
• Able to identify logical gaps or unrealistic approaches in M&A scenarios.

Responsabilidades

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs on M&A topics (deal sourcing, due diligence, structuring, valuation, integration, stakeholder management).
• Evaluate AI responses for deal realism, sound reasoning, and applicability to M&A scenarios.
• Draft realistic M&A case studies and negotiation scenarios from your direct experience.
• Create alternative scenarios from buyer, seller, advisor, or board member perspectives.
• Identify logic gaps, impractical responses, or oversights in AI-generated M&A content.
