Ralph Lauren Corporation in Palma is seeking a Store Leader to drive sales, profitability and an exceptional client experience within a luxury environment. You will lead a team, coach staff, build loyal client relationships, and execute bespoke events while leveraging local market insights to maximize opportunities and brand storytelling across product categories.

Formación

Previous experience in luxury retail is required.
Experience in clienteling and appointments.
Experience executing bespoke events for clients.
Knowledge of the local market and prospective clients' tastes and preferences.
English (C1) required with Russian, Arabic and/or French.
