Puig Deutschland GmbH in Barcelona is seeking a Skin Care Formula Development Specialist to own the creation and development of breakthrough skincare formulations from concept through scale-up and launch within our luxury brands.

You will test new ingredients, design formulas in our brand-new R&D Center, coordinate testing and data monitoring, and collaborate with packaging to deliver products that meet quality, feasibility and regulatory standards.

Formación

• 1-3 years' experience in skincare formula development.
• Understanding of cosmetic GMP and global regulations.
• Master's degree or higher in science.

Responsabilidades

• Test new ingredients and run experimental plan.
• Design formulas in the brand-new R&D Center.
• Coordinate homologation testing and data monitoring.
• Collaborate with packaging to ensure consumer value.
• Lead manufacturing transfer from pilot to production.
• Prepare and update laboratory SOPs.
• Monitor trends and advances in cosmetic science.
• Report progress to management.
