Puig is seeking a Testing team member to collaborate with Packaging Development, Formula Development, Quality and factories. You will conduct homologation and compatibility tests on packaging components and finished products.

You will design testing plans, coordinate with Packaging Engineering and Formula Development, run compatibility tests, document protocols, manage SAP homologation statuses and calibrate equipment. Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role is valuable.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French would be a plus.
• Strong organizational and flexible approach in evolving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively design testing plans to anticipate risks for packaging components and finished products; follow up and ensure execution.
• Coordinate with Packaging Engineering and Formula Development teams for the assigned category (Fragrance, Skincare, Make Up).
• Conduct compatibility and functionality tests considering project timelines, packaging design and available pieces.
• Work in problem-solving mode; assist in decision-making in case of non-compliance and evaluate risks with extra tests.
• Create documentation for each test (protocols, reports) with detailed analysis.
• Manage and update homologation status in SAP.
• Maintain and calibrate department equipment.
• Collaborate in organizing the department and its tasks.
• Develop new test methods based on project needs.
