Nikki Beach Hospitality Group in Marbella, Spain is seeking a dedicated Runner to support the service flow, delivering food and beverages while collaborating with waitstaff, kitchen, and hostesses. You will help maintain rhythm and efficiency and serve as a brand ambassador for elevated guest moments.

Fluency in English is mandatory, with Spanish or German as a plus. The role requires a proactive, detail-focused approach and a professional appearance consistent with the Nikki Beach brand.

Formación

• Previous experience in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Spanish or German are a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food and beverages to tables, beds, or cabanas quickly and accurately.
• Handle dishes and serviceware with care, maintaining brand standards.
• Collaborate with Chefs de Rang, kitchen staff, and hostesses for seamless service.
• Double-check plating, garnishes, sides, and temperatures for accuracy.
• Assist with resetting tables, refilling water, clearing dishes, and other tasks.
