Nikki Beach Hospitality Group in Mallorca, Spain is seeking a passionate Cook to join our culinary team for the season. You will support daily kitchen operations and help deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced luxury setting.

The ideal candidate has previous kitchen experience, the ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative spirit. English is preferred, with Spanish a plus. This seasonal/full-time role offers growth and international exposure within the Nikki Beach family.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Cook or similar kitchen role in restaurants, hotels, or beach clubs.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Nikki Beach recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of dishes during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations at all times.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures in compliance with local regulations.
• Assist with food preparation, ingredient storage, and stock rotation.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Monitor product freshness and report any shortages or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Collaborate with chefs and team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Contribute to maintaining a professional and efficient working environment.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing kitchen inventory when required.

Position Overview

Nikki Beach Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate and motivated Cook to join our culinary team in Mallorca. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering exceptional food quality and memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. Working closely with the kitchen leadership team, the Cook will support daily kitchen operations while maintaining Nikki Beach’s high culinary and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
• English language skills preferred; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus
