Become part of The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama as a Maintenance Technician. You will ensure the proper operation of the resort’s facilities, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training or certification in relevant technical fields is preferred.
• Proficiency with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and general maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and implement solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across resort facilities, guest rooms, public areas and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of systems to ensure proper functionality and identify issues.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests efficiently and within timelines.
• Carry out basic repairs related to electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting and HVAC.
• Assist in the upkeep of mechanical, electrical and electromechanical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Accurately document maintenance activities and report incidents to supervisors.
• Maintain tools and work areas in safe, organized condition.
• Collaborate with external contractors and vendors on specialized work.
• Support setup of spaces for events and operational needs.
