Qualifications

• Vocational Training Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar role in hotels, restaurants, or food service.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to rotate shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Organize and prepare ingredients, equipment, and utensils for daily operations.
• Ensure dishes meet quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct daily quality checks on freshness and storage of products.
• Maintain stock levels at the assigned station and report replenishment needs.
• Follow all policies, procedures and operational standards and contribute to guest dining excellence.
