Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Abama is seeking an F&B Manager to lead day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across the resort in Tenerife, Canary Islands. You will ensure compliance with Gold Standards, drive guest satisfaction and manage multi-outlet teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, experience in luxury hotel F&B, and fluency in Spanish and English, with a track record of operational and financial performance in high-volume settings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar position overseeing complex operations.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; hospitality standards knowledge (HACCP, Gold Standards).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of F&B outlets across the resort, including restaurants, bars, banquets, events, and in-room dining.
• Lead, motivate and develop F&B teams, fostering excellence, professionalism and guest focus.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, department collaboration and operational coverage to meet business needs.
• Monitor financial performance: sales, costs, productivity and inventory control, and assist with budgets and forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing guest feedback and implementing initiatives.
