JW Partner is looking for a Real Estate Market Intelligence & Commercial Analyst to support the commercial management of a luxury residential development in Barcelona. This role offers exposure to market research, performance reporting, and CRM management.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and up to 3 years of experience in relevant fields. Strong analytical and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Excel and fluent English and Spanish, are essential.

Formación

• 0-3 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Previous internships in real estate or finance are a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and reporting is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor competing luxury residential developments and analyze market trends.
• Maintain dashboards for sales pipeline tracking and prepare performance reports.
• Manage CRM data integrity and generate targeted reports.
• Assist with tracking sales and marketing budgets and analyzing performance.
• Support communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Organize compliance documentation for buyers and brokers.
