MAJORICA Jewelry in Barcelona seeks a Store Manager to lead the boutique, delivering exceptional client experiences, developing the team, and driving commercial performance. You will oversee operations, stock, visual merchandising and CRM initiatives while upholding the brand’s premium standards and storytelling approach.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for customer service, and fluency in Spanish and English, with a focus on delivering premium service across the client journey.

Formación

• Previous experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in premium or luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Commercial mindset with analytical awareness.
• Passion for client experience and team development.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, inspire and develop the boutique team.
• Set clear objectives and monitor store performance.
• Coach the team on client experience, storytelling and sales techniques.
• Foster a positive, collaborative and performance-oriented culture.
• Support onboarding and development of new team members.
• Drive clienteling initiatives and relationship-building actions.
• Develop the store client base and CRM engagement.
• Lead by example on the sales floor.
• Drive sales, productivity and KPI performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve boutique results and client engagement.
• Ensure launches, activations and campaigns are executed well.
• Monitor business performance and implement action plans.
