Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional manner upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with the transportation, loading, and unloading of luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide information about facilities, services, and experiences.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and handle items per procedures.
