Permira is seeking a qualified accountant to join the Group Accounting team, supporting the AIFM in Luxembourg and its international operations. The role covers day-to-day accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and statutory reporting within a global financial services environment.

Key duties include managing intercompany transactions, maintaining controls, and supporting audits, tax filings, and cross-jurisdictional reporting.

Formación

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with relevant post-qualification experience.
Solid understanding of core accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and month-end close process.
Good working knowledge of Excel; comfortable working with structured data and reporting templates.
Experience in a corporate, fund, or financial services accounting environment is an advantage.
Exposure to multi-entity and/or multi-jurisdictional accounting environments would be beneficial.
Experience with statutory reporting, audit processes and tax compliance would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Support the day-to-day accounting and month-end close for the Luxembourg AIFM, its branches and representative office.
Prepare reconciliations (bank, intercompany, balance sheet and other control accounts) and investigate discrepancies.
Assist with monthly and periodic management and Group reporting for the AIFM.
Maintain appropriate financial controls and documentation across the AIFM and its international operations.
Assist with audit requests and the preparation of statutory financial statements.
