SLS Barcelona, a five-star urban resort, is hiring through Hosco in Barcelona. We offer glamorous, luxury service on the Port Forum beachfront and a VIP guest experience.

This internship provides exposure to front desk operations, guest relations, and hotel services in a vibrant, international setting. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out during busy periods, and coordinate with departments to ensure flawless service.

Formación

• You’re studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Maintain an engaging lobby presence as a brand ambassador.
• Assist with check-in/check-out during busy periods and support front office operations.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
