Avolta seeks a Loyalty Data Scientist to advance from reporting-led analytics to AI-powered, personalized traveler engagement at scale. You will own end-to-end data science solutions, partnering with Loyalty, CRM, Digital, and Data teams to embed predictive insights across customer journeys.

The role reports to the Director, Loyalty Analytics & Traveler Data and can be based in Madrid or Milan. Strong technical and leadership skills are essential.

Formación

• 6–10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Proven track record of delivering and scaling machine learning solutions in production environments
• Experience in customer analytics, loyalty, CRM, digital personalization, or related consumer-focused industries

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deploy machine learning models supporting personalization, customer segmentation, churn prediction, recommendations, and customer lifetime value modeling
• Build scalable, reusable analytics and AI assets for loyalty, CRM, digital, and commercial use cases
• Monitor and continuously improve model performance and business impact
• Translate analytical insights into targeted CRM campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and digital personalization strategies
• Partner with Loyalty, Marketing, and Digital teams to embed AI-driven decisioning into customer interactions
• Lead experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, to optimize engagement, retention, conversion, and ROI
• Identify opportunities to drive cross-sell, up-sell, and retail media performance through advanced analytics
• Own the full data science lifecycle, from problem definition and feature engineering through deployment and business activation
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform teams to develop scalable data pipelines and production-grade machine learning solutions
• Support the industrialization of analytics through automation, reusable components, and always-on decisioning capabilities
• Leverage integrated Traveler360 data to generate predictive insights and actionable business recommendations
• Identify new opportunities to enhance personalization, loyalty effectiveness, and customer engagement
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and analytical rigor
• Act as a trusted advisor to Loyalty, CRM, Digital, and Commercial stakeholders
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear and actionable business outcomes
• Contribute to the evolution of Avolta's loyalty analytics, personalization, and AI roadmap
