Responsabilidades

• Определять кросс‑командную техническую стратегию, архитектуру и многолетнюю дорожную карту бэкэнд‑сервисов, поддерживающих Merchant‑опыт. (<=140 symbols)
• Руководить проектированием и доставкой масштабируемых бэкэнд‑сервисов, обеспечивающих надёжность пользовательского опыта across Dashboard и мобильных приложений.
• Строить повторно используемые платформенные возможности, помогающие командам развивать продукты.

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. It enables companies to accept payments, grow revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. The UI Platform team builds foundations for Stripe’s Dashboard and other user interfaces, including backend-for-frontend services that support consistent, scalable user experiences.

Задачи

• Define a cross-team technical strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap for backend services powering Stripe’s merchant-facing experiences;
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable backend services supporting reliable user experiences across the Dashboard, mobile applications, and other interfaces;
• Build reusable platform capabilities that help product teams develop, operate, and improve their products;
• Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to connect the design system, software development kits, APIs, and backend services;
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership through architecture reviews, technical guidance, and mentorship.

• 10+ Years of experience building complex, reliable, scalable APIs or distributed systems;
• Track record of leading the technical design and delivery of large projects across multiple engineering teams;
• Experience setting technical direction and translating strategy into an executable roadmap;
• Ability to communicate technical decisions and tradeoffs with engineering, cross‑functional partners, and senior leadership;
• Nice to have: experience building backend-for‑frontend systems or frontend platform services, experience with developer platforms, design systems, or UI infrastructure, experience using agentic development workflows, experience with feature flagging, experimentation, telemetry, or analytics systems.

• Annual salary range: €105,600 - €158,400;
• Office‑assigned employees are generally expected to spend at least 50% of the time each month in their local office or with users;
