A leading global provider of water, hygiene, and energy technologies is seeking a Logistics Manager in Barcelona. Responsibilities include managing warehousing and transportation operations, overseeing inbound and outbound processes, and ensuring customer delivery performance. The ideal candidate has a background in logistics, proficiency with SAP, and negotiation-level English. This role requires being on-site several days a week.

Formación

• Experience in logistics or planning is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Solid experience with SAP is needed.

Role Purpose Statement

The job incumbent will be responsible for managing and granting the right processes of different warehouses according to Ecolab policies.

Accountabilities

• Warehousing & Transportation management: Liaise with 3PLs, grant operational procedures, integrate 3PLs per operational needs.
• Close follow‑up of inbound & outbound processes, providing solutions to any operational issue.
• Manage & solve stock discrepancies.
• Ensure customer delivery performance, including returns.
• Manage & solve transportation issues.
• Report safety issues per Ecolab policies.
• Continuous improvement mindset; implement the same mindset at the 3PL.
• SAP Master data management: Create material at warehouse level, maintain customer information, create operational events on SAP.

Skills and Experience

• Logistics or planning background preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience (specifically Microsoft Excel).
• Solid experience using SAP.
• English: Negotiation level required.
• Technical or Economics degree (supply chain complementary certifications or studies strongly valued).
