Formación

Responsabilidades

• Execute delivery route forecasts daily.
• Plan and monitor package volume flow.
• Ensure planning accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate across departments to resolve issues.
• Research process improvements and make decisions.
• Maintain updated management reports.
• Maintain and report accurate statistics and management reports.

Logistics Scheduler - 6 months contract, AMZL Central Operations

As a Logistics Scheduler you will have the opportunity to create world-class customer experiences leveraging your innovation, team player and problem solving skills.

Key job responsibilities

• Execute daily same day or next day forecasts.
• Plan delivery routes or monitor the volume flow, affecting tens of thousands of packages at EU level.
• Accountable for planning accuracy, cost and customer experience. Instrumental in developing best practices and standard work for the network.
• Ensure targets and service deadlines are met, according to regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with various departments, facilitating the flow of information between different stakeholders and resolving any potential issues that impact business continuity.
• Conduct research into process improvement initiatives and taking real-time decisions by taking a step back at strategic intervals to take in the bigger picture.
• Maintain and report up to date and accurate statistics, management reports and analysis.

About the team

This position is office-based. This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months. The team covers 24/7 shifts that include fixed weekend days and nights.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1
• Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
• Relevant experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
• Previous experience within transportation or logistics
• Working experience on programming and coding languages (SQL or Python)
