Job summary

You will coordinate intake, storage, transport planning, and administer systems to maintain up-to-date stock data and accurate reporting for stakeholders. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management, stock control and (re-)orders to ensure optimal availability.
• Coordinate intake, storage, labeling and location for unloading of materials/equipment.
• Process customer orders and ensure correct packing and distribution to required locations.
• Plan and arrange transportation for internal and external customers.
• Maintain administration in relevant systems and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor logistics processes, benchmark performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, risk and health regulations.
• Perform additional warehouse/logistics tasks and special projects as needed.
